What is your shipping Policy?
We offer Free Shipping for United States.
We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days (Due to COVID 19 please add 1 to 2 days extra). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Free Shipping is available for U.S. Only with a minimum $50 purchase.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement (printed products only). Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Custom Orders are final, no exchanges or refunds. This also includes but not limited to: custom ordered printed products.
How To Return Your Product:
Choose from two ways to return:
- Damaged Returns
- If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free Photo Return process to speed replacement. Here’s how:
- Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in.
- Attach your photos to an email and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return.
- You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
- Printed Products: If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the replacement based on your photos. Please note: If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
- Original Artwork: When your photo return is confirmed, you will ship your item back and enclose your completed return request. Once we receive the artwork, a full credit of the original artwork will be completed (excluding shipping charges). We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method. Commissioned artwork are final sale and will not accept return.
- Regular Returns: You may return your product for a full credit of the product cost (excluding shipping charges) by following these simple steps:
- Email email@example.com to obtain the return instructions for your order.
- Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.

Can I have custom artwork created?
If you are interested in having a unique and personalized artwork, please contact Michele at firstname.lastname@example.org. A non-refundable deposit is required. Once the artwork is completed a digital proof will be provided. If you are not totally satisfied with the completed work, a full refund minus the deposit will be issued. Once the digital proof is approved and full payment made. The custom work is shipped and sale is final.
